
1 block of Velveeta 16 oz cubed pepper jack cheese 2 cans of your favorite Rotell (we used Hot) 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1 1/2 cup salsa verde 1 lb ground beef, cooked 1 chopped onion
Put all in a foil pan and smoke on Traeger top rack around no more than 350 degrees....ready when melted and cheeeezy good!!!!! Lower the temp... the more Smokey flavor.
